As the Training and Development Manager at UNIREMYA HOME CARE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our caregivers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care services to our clients. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the capabilities of our caregiving team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs for caregivers, aligned with industry standards, best practices, and organizational goals. This includes creating training materials, modules, and resources to support the learning process.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for caregivers, both in-person and through online platforms. Use effective instructional techniques and adult learning principles to engage learners and ensure knowledge retention.
- Training Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps among caregivers. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies and initiatives to address identified training needs.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Develop and deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new caregivers, ensuring they have a solid understanding of company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Provide them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and tools to assess the competency and effectiveness of caregivers. Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and support to help them improve their performance.
- Professional Development: Identify and implement continuous professional development initiatives for caregivers, including workshops, webinars, conferences, and certifications. Stay updated on industry trends, research, and best practices to incorporate into the training programs.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations. Generate reports and analyze training data to assess the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Establish collaborative relationships with external training providers, organizations, and industry experts to leverage additional training resources and expertise.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Nursing, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Training and Development Manager or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in learning management systems, training software, and multimedia tools.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
