Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js.

3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior backend engineers.

4. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

5. Participate in architecture and design discussions, making key decisions on system design and technology stack.

6. Optimize backend performance, ensuring responsiveness and scalability.

7. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for backend components.

8. Ensure the reliability and stability of backend services through rigorous testing and debugging.

9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

10. Continuously improve the development process, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.

11. Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities.

12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a strong emphasis on Node.js.

3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

4. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

5. Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.

**Skills**:1. Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

2. Thorough understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

3. Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

4. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

5 Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
