**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Trainee** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in sales and business development. As a Sales Trainee, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in sales techniques, client management, and market development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in identifying and approaching potential customers.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
- Build strong professional relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Preferably having 1 year of experience in sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel if required.
