**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital advertising.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under deadlines.
