**Requirements**:

- **UAE experience as civil technicians (5* hotels projects)**:

- **FACILITY Management Experience **Required
- **Should have at least 5 years of UAE experience.**:

- Immediate joiners and visa takers only, **only VISIT or CANCELLED Visa**:

- Very Clean Person
- Skilled and experienced in marble & tile setting, painting, gypsum board, electrical, and plumbing.
- Proven ability to lay brick and block accurately and efficiently
- Must speak and understand English
- Physically fit and has a good personality
- Strong understanding of masonry principles and techniques
- Excellent math and spatial reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
