**Real Estate Graphic Designer
- Abu Dhabi**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design & Video Editing
- Create high-quality visual content for social media, property listings, ads, and marketing materials
- Design property brochures, stories, reels, banners, and infographics
- Edit promotional and walkthrough videos for projects and listings
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Plan and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or similar
- Develop creative concepts for real estate campaigns, property launches, and lead generation
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor performance metrics

**Digital Marketing & Ads**
- Assist in creating and launching ad campaigns on social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Etc), Google ads.
- Support in preparing ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting
- Work with the marketing team to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Stay updated on trends in digital advertising, real estate content, and platform algorithms

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and digital content creation
- Knowledge of social media Ads (boosting posts, running campaigns)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or Canva
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Real estate experience is a plus
