**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors, members, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage bookings, schedules, and daily front desk operations
- Maintain accurate records and handle basic data entry
- Assist with event coordination and member communications
- Support department staff with clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willing to relocate or currently residing in Al Ain
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays depending on activity schedules
