**Job Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Curate and play music sets that align with Mogao Restaurant’s ambiance and brand identity.
- Perform live DJ sets during restaurant hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
- Read the crowd to adapt the music selection and maintain an energetic atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop playlists and themes for events or special nights (e.g., themed nights, sports screenings, etc.).
- Operate and maintain DJ equipment, ensuring smooth technical performance during sets.
- Work closely with the events and marketing team to coordinate promotions and attract customers.
- Handle guest requests for music (where appropriate) while maintaining a cohesive vibe.
- Stay updated on the latest music trends and technologies to keep the entertainment fresh and innovative.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and copyright regulations related to music.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a DJ in restaurants, clubs, or similar venues.
- Proficiency in using DJ equipment and software (e.g., Pioneer, Serato, Traktor, etc.).
- Strong understanding of various music genres (commercial, EDM, retro, hip-hop, and others).
- Excellent crowd-reading skills and the ability to create an engaging atmosphere.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, professional, and adaptable to changing schedules.
- Ability to work late hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in working at high-end restaurants, restrobars, or nightclubs.
- Knowledge of basic audio-visual equipment and troubleshooting.
