**Arabic Female Receptionist for Fitness Studio**

We are looking for a Presentable and pleasant personality Experienced receptionist for a luxury Ladies fitness boutique in Abu Dhabi to Handling the receptionist area.

Role and responsibility
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
- Schedule appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments.
- Answer any service related questions.
- ensuring fitness coaches know their schedule.
- Receive, direct and reply telephone messages and fax messages
- Pick up and deliver the mail.
- login every visitor.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
- telephone calls.
- Respond to public inquiries.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Must have good social media skills as this is one of the main responsibilities of the role.
- Good sale efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- high professional attitude,
- Arabic with fluent English,
- groomed personal appearance,
- ability to multitask,

Required education:

- Bachelor's Degree.

Required experience:

- Administration: 2 year min.

**Salary**:

- 3000 AED + Commission.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
