Tele-sales Representative Requirements:

- Experienced tele-caller or tele-sales representative for a real estate company
- Fluency in Russian is required, along with excellent English speaking skills (1)
- Fluency in Arabic is required along with excellent English speaking skills (1)
- Proficiency in English communication is required for this position (1)
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Demonstrated experience as tele-sales representative or other sales
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus and note useful information
