- Process accurate and timely payroll for employees._
- Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll components._
- Manage leave balances and process leave requests (annual, sick, and other leaves)._
- Ensure accurate calculations of end-of-service benefits in accordance with labor laws._
- Maintain and update employee payroll records._
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees._
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and tax regulations._
- Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll._
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required._
- Collaborate with the HR and finance departments for payroll-related matters._
- Carry out any finance -related instructions, including the preparation of Cheques and other necessary tasks._
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field._
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role._
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations._
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is preferred._
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy._
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information._
- Strong communication and organizational skills._

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
