We are looking for a “Logistics Coordinator - E-Commerce” focusing on “Logistics Engagements” to identify, Works in transportation or warehousing of goods. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or the warehouse system efficiently and safely.

They will work closely with colleagues across the organization, including business units and category managers, as well as Group functions such as IT, operations, finance and communications to deliver on their goals.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
- Receives products and coordinates delivery
- Prepares loads for shipment
- Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
- Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
- Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles
- Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck driver's) according to availabilities and requirements
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
- Prepare accurate invoices
- Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Analytics (preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in customer service or logistics management
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
- Previous customer service experience
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
