Our Channel Marketing Team drives marketing with our channel customers to serve our business goals. Our team is built of passionate channel marketeers executing our strategy in a focused but also innovative way.

**About the role - you will**:
The Channel Marketing Assistant is responsible for the strategy and the development and execution of marketing programs that target specific channels to promote Seagate’s services or products. She/He works on creating marketing plans for key customers within the META region, coordinating campaigns with multiple stakeholders (sales, PLM, GMO, etc), managing budgets and agencies.
- Develop, maintain and execute marketing programs and campaigns together with customers to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets (POS Targets)
- Develop quarterly marketing plans interlocking with other business groups such as sales, GMO, PLMS, etc
- Define clear metrics for all marketing activities, measure and produce reports & relevant actions with recommendations.
- Preparing quarterly After Action Reviews incl. analyses on the success of activities (ROI)
- Maintains basic knowledge of focus products and overall industry trends
- Event Management
- Budget Management

**Your experience includes**:

- Proven channel marketing experience (incl. executing marketing plans with customers)
- A strong understanding of how to manage projects with multiple stakeholders
- A strong understanding of the distribution channels for the industry.
- Detail orientated with strong organizational and communication skills and a proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
