Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their vehicle service needs, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience. You will act as a liaison between customers and the service department, coordinating service appointments, and recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assessing their service needs and scheduling appointments.
- Listen to customer concerns and vehicle symptoms, asking relevant questions to gather necessary information.
- Consult with service technicians to determine the appropriate repairs and maintenance needed for each customer's vehicle.
- Provide customers with accurate cost estimates, timelines, and explanations of recommended services.
- Communicate service recommendations, including required repairs, maintenance items, and optional services, to customers clearly and transparently.
- Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring a smooth and efficient service process.
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles during the service process, including any additional repairs or delays.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service appointments, and service history
**Qualifications**:
- 5 to 6 years of Experience as an Service Advisor role within the automotive industry is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance schedules, and service procedures is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with service scheduling software and customer databases.
