**Responsibilities**

  • Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
  • To fix up appointments with prospective customers.
  • Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made in a month.
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales team out of these calls.
  • Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.

**Requirements**

  • Must be able to type accurately while talking with customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Overcome potential client objections while maintaining a polite and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is a necessary element of this job.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

**Experience**

  • Previous telemarketing and sales experience preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
