**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide variety of traditional and contemporary sushi dishes with precision and expertise.
- Source the freshest and highest-quality ingredients to maintain the authenticity of our sushi offerings.
- Demonstrate expert knife skills and mastery of sushi techniques to create visually stunning and flavorful dishes.
- Oversee the sushi station, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination during busy service periods.
- Train and mentor junior sushi chefs to maintain a high level of skill and proficiency within the sushi department.
- Create and innovate new sushi rolls and specials to excite and delight our customers.
- Uphold exceptional hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sushi Chef for at least 10 years.
- Expert knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including nigiri, sashimi, maki, and specialty rolls.
- Strong understanding of Japanese culinary traditions and a passion for exploring new flavors and ingredients.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the kitchen team and interact with customers.
- A positive attitude, creativity, and a dedication to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month
