**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the institute’s academic and operational functions.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs and policies.
- Lead and mentor faculty and administrative staff to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements at local and international levels.
- Drive institutional growth through strategic partnerships, student enrollment initiatives, and program expansion.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support the institute’s goals.
- Represent the institute in academic forums, government bodies, and industry events to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with the board of directors and senior management to align institutional objectives with long-term vision.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Demonstrated success in leading educational institutions or academic departments at a senior level.
- In-depth knowledge of academic governance, curriculum standards, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale institutional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of **8-10 years of experience** in the education industry, with at least **5 years in a senior leadership or institutional head role**.
