: We are looking for a dedicated, commercially minded Client Services & Sales Coordinator to help grow the business by converting enquiries into projects and coordinating successful event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify leads, understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues and partners.
- Work towards monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets.
- Maintain an organized CRM and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate suppliers, florists, venues, printers and event partners.
- Manage projects from confirmation through successful delivery.
- Attend client meetings, venue visits and event installations when required.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the expected standard.
- Support project photography and content collection.
- Be comfortable appearing in occasional company social media content (an advantage). Requirements:
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience in events, activations, event floral, hospitality events, experiential marketing or a similar client-facing events role.
- Proven experience handling client enquiries, quotations, sales and project coordination.
- Commercially minded with the ability to close business and build long-term client relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Confident working with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and business software.
- Professional, presentable and confident meeting corporate clients.
- UAE driving licence is strongly preferred. Important
