Female Recreation Attendant

Urgent requirement for Female recreation attendant position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise the use of recreational facilities to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules and regulations.
- Organize and lead group activities, both indoor and outdoor, such as games, sports, parties, and field trips.
- Provide equipment to guests and ensure their proper usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of recreational areas.
- Assist in organizing and conducting recreational programs.
- Monitor the safety and behavior of participants and intervene as necessary.
- Provide instructions and demonstrations on how to use equipment or play games.
- Communicate with parents or caregivers about participant progress or any issues that may arise.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to learn new strategies for managing and facilitating recreational activities.
- Process payments for recreational activities or memberships.
- Keep records of equipment inventory and order new supplies as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a recreation attendant.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Working knowledge of safety protocols and ability to administer minor medical care.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- A calm, friendly demeanor and good conflict resolution skills.
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
