Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Landscape Architect **to join our team In this role you will get to work with the supervision and construction team of the New Parks and Streetscape Projects in Abu Dhabi

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Review and approve design submissions, ensuring they meet contract deliverables and providing feedback for improvement.
- Contract administration of projects.
- Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Irrigation Designers, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, Master planners and Quantity Surveyors.
- Provide routine liaison with Clients and Client’s representatives.
- Prepare contracts within budget requirements and provide accurate costing information to the client or quantity surveyors.
- Develop maintenance plans for completed sites.
- Maintain affiliations with professional societies to keep abreast of technologies.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from an accredited University or College program. Equivalency certificate issued from Ministry of Education (UAE) is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in landscape architecture, supervision and design management, focusing on large-scale projects.
- Minimum 4-5 years of continuous experience in landscape architecture preferably in Parks and Streetscape.
- Knowledge in design aesthetic and technical components of landscape architecture.
- An understanding of production techniques, procedures, and standards.
- Knowledge in industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.
- An understanding of the regional construction industry, local construction methods and their influence on design decisions.
- Demonstrate a team oriented and collaborative approach to Landscape Architecture within the design team.
- Proficient technical skills and efficiencies in both standard and specialist computer programs such as Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Create Suite, Land FX, and MS office suite programs.

- Familiarity with local regulations, ADQCC, landscape codes, and construction practices in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Experience working on high-profile, large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Professional certification in Landscape Architecture or design management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
