**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expansion and growth within the speech therapy market. Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Identify target markets, develop sales strategies, and prioritize opportunities for the clinic's services.
- **Partnership Development**: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, educational institutions, community organizations, and other referral sources. Collaborate with partners to promote our services and increase referrals.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients for our speech therapy services. Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, present our services, and secure new business.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients. Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
