We are seeking a full-time Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team. If you have an experience working as Head of Marketing for a luxury company and if those who know you best describe you as a natural helper who feels the need to be an integral part of a team - then this is the position for you

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns
- Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
- Working knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO), lead generation and affiliate marketing practices, techniques, and outcome expectations.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with cross departmental team members to enable collaboration, advice sharing, and directional leadership where required.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.
- Overseeing social media planning and execution.
- Consistently identifying new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategising the implementation of plans.
- Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programmes to drive interest and sales.
- Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organization and improving the company’s marketing outreach efforts.
- Ensuring that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values and championing the leadership behavior framework.
- Routinely sharing strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the broader team.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have experience with Luxury Brands**:

- Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing or a similar role.
- Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing 360, etc will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
- Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
