**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new sales leads
- Generating sales with existing clients
- Identify potential clients, schedule and conduct sales meetings and achieve targets.
- Liaising between clients/customers and the company for up-to-date status of services, pricing etc.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Market research and developing the business reach
- Ensure successful sales retention through relationship development and maintenance with the customers, attending to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Explore new tender opportunities via various media and portals.
- Work closely with other departments including Operations, Human Resource, Accounts and Procurement.
- Social media marketing

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of UAE sales and marketing experience in facility management industry
- Experience in cleaning services industry will be an added advantage
- UAE driving License mandatory
- Strong Marketing Skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Salary: AED 4500-6000 +Commission and fuel expense
