- Work with the Senior teams to ensure that project is delivered to plan and budget.
- Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Developing training materials and training the staff in the use of the configured solution.
- Analyzing business requirements and risks and reporting to the senior team.
- Identifying and documenting change requests.
- Configuring software to meet the required solution design.
- Supporting the client in testing the system prior to go live.
- Providing ongoing support following go live.
- **MS SQL Experience** will be an advantage.
- Software development background will be an advantage.
- Having software quality testing experience will be an added advantage
- Involved in complete functional flow / testing / functional specification document preparation.
- Co-ordination with technical development team for project initiation, planning & execution.
- Co-ordination with end users / clients project team for planning & execution.
- Relevant experience in **client demonstrations & product training** will be added Advantage.
- Excellent in verbal & written communication.
- Positive attitude towards work is a must.
- **UAE Driving License** preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
