As a Supermarket Grocery Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the grocery department, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve:

- Supervising and leading a team of grocery department staff.
- Managing inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the grocery department.
- Monitoring and maintaining product quality and freshness.
- Assisting with staff training and development.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Implementing merchandising and sales strategies.
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supermarket or grocery store.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

**How to Apply**:
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
