**Job Title**: Plumber

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Install and repair piping systems (copper, PVC, and other materials) in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Inspect plumbing systems for potential issues and conduct repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems, including leaks, blockages, and faulty systems, and determine the best course of action.
- Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards in the UAE.
- Install water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, and other plumbing fixtures, ensuring proper functioning and efficient installation.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid plumbing issues.
- Work with project managers and other contractors to ensure plumbing work is integrated smoothly into overall construction or renovation projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Provide recommendations for improving plumbing systems and suggest upgrades or repairs to clients or project managers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with tools and hazardous materials.
- Respond to emergency plumbing service calls and provide timely resolution of issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Plumber with a strong portfolio of successful plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of local UAE plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plumbing diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with the use of plumbing tools and equipment such as pipe cutters, wrenches, and pressure gauges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, bending, crouching, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, supervisors, and team members.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Valid UAE driving license (if required for transportation to job sites).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Plumbing certification or formal training in plumbing is a plus.
- Experience working with both residential and commercial plumbing systems.

**Work Environment**:
The role involves working on construction sites, renovation projects, and in residential or commercial buildings across the UAE. Plumbers may be required to work in confined spaces, at heights, or in varying weather conditions. Safety and proper handling of tools and materials are essential. Flexibility in working hours may be required for emergency call-outs or urgent repairs.
