**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance & Control**
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control procedures for all products
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality meets specifications
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Address quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

**ISO & Compliance Management**
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Prepare and maintain required documentation, records, and reports for audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities

**Process Improvement & R&D Support**
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and improve product quality
- Analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support development of new products and formulations, ensuring quality standards are embedded from pilot to full-scale production

**Team Leadership & Training**
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team to enhance skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular training sessions on quality standards, procedures, and compliance
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments to ensure quality integration

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Prepare technical datasheets, SOPs, production planning documents, and QA reports
- Maintain records of inspections, audits, complaints, and corrective actions
- Generate periodic management reports on quality performance, deviations, and improvement plans

**Required Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree preferred

**Experience**:

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in quality assurance/control in manufacturing industry
- At least 3-5 years in managerial/supervisory role
- Proven experience in rubber and plastics manufacturing industry (highly preferred)

**Certifications & Knowledge**:

- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification (mandatory)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
- Understanding of rubber and plastic compounding, processing, and testing methods

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in quality management software and ERP systems
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and quality control tools
- Experience with laboratory testing equipment and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
