**As an F&B Captain - Banquet, we rely on you to**:
Support the banquet manager in the overall administration and operation of banquet events
To assist in maximising profits and maintaining high quality service for guests
Provide solutions to solve recurring issues and ensure guest satisfaction
Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
Promote good relationship with regular guests and to handle any guest complaint effectively and diplomatically
Work closely with the Sous Chef in charge of the Kitchen on quality and cost control of food
Co-ordinate with the Stewarding Manager and service bar for the back up services
**We are looking for someone who**:
Has a passion for Food & Beverage, preferably with working experience in a 5* hotel
Enjoys interacting with people and leads by example by facilitating team cohesiveness
