Sales Manager

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Leads the organization in terms of revenue generation
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing proposals for prospective clients and partners
- Setting goals for the business and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Oversees the sales activities and training of staff
- Communicates the business's KPls and targets with the team
- Analyze patterns in market behavior
- Defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business's commercial performance.
- Requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze the market and find the best possible ways to grow.
- Attending conferences and industry events
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Prior 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferably a theme park, amusement ride, or adventure sports
- Arabic national preferably Lebanese and Fluent in English
- UAE driving license is a must and has own car
- Comfortable to work 6 days a week including weekends/holidays
- Natural leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Excellent in growing revenue and creating new income streams
- Top notch in creating networks that lead to business and revenue growth
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to multitask
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- sales related: 3 years (preferred)

- Arabic (required)
