**Job Purpose**
The Senior Front Desk / Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and smooth daily operations & Sales Revenue of The Elixir Clinic. This includes managing staff performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, enforcing policies and procedures, and overseeing financial and administrative functions. The role serves as the key liaison between the front office and medical staff while ensuring high standards in patient care, service delivery, and clinic efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities.**
**Operations Management**
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate patient care from registration to discharge.
- Enforce company policies and procedures across all staff.
- Develop and implement efficient operational protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality in line with data protection regulations.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain operational readiness.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment.
- Respond to emergencies and resolve issues effectively.
- Mentor junior and new staff to support development and retention.
- Travel and oversee operations across branches as needed.
- Manage clinic-related facility projects and new location operations.
**2. Sales and Marketing**
- Promote and drive sales of clinic services and products.
- Develop and nurture collaborations with external partners.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
**3. Customer Service**
- Lead and train staff to deliver premium customer service.
- Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Operate within the approved budget and justify variances.
- Coordinate timely vendor and utility payments with Accounts.
- Manage petty cash and ensure regular reconciliation and reporting.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and financial discipline.
**5. Organizational Relations**
- Communicate issues and solutions promptly to relevant departments.
- Maintain regular communication with senior management.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
**6. Staff Management**
- Maintain open and effective communication with team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with leave policies and manage team coverage.
- Assist HR in hiring, screening, and termination processes.
- Encourage collaboration across departments.
**7. Staff Development**
- Promote continuous professional development.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation of new staff.

**Job Requirements1. Skills and Knowledge**

- Strong interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance regulations.
**2. Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (minimum requirement).
**3. Experience**
- Minimum of 4 years in the healthcare or service industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience with computerized billing and registration systems.
- Proven track record in delivering quality customer service.
**4. Personal Traits**
