Dubai, United Arab Emirates ISPA Salon Full time

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing daily salon operations including opening and closing procedures
- Promote services, products and discounts on social media
- Run online campaigns and offer discount packages to attract new customers
- Lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services and maximising salon profit
- Manage inventory salon products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering required items
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
- Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
- Train salon staff in procedure, policy and health regulations also arrange regular trainings for skill enhancements
- Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
- Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
- Book and manage appointments using the online system.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes

**Skills**:

- Advanced organisational skills to manage staff, operations and salon finances
- General bookkeeping and business finance skills
- Excellent communication and team-leading skills
- Detailed knowledge of the beauty industry and customer needs
- Marketing skills to attract more clients and increase profit
- Knowledge of salon booking software eg. Fresha

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
