**Telesales Representative**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales & Sales Support Executive to contribute in generating sales for Synergystica. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, supporting business development executives, social media activity and maintaining good customer relationships.

More than anything you need to have a bright and dynamic personality, lots of energy and enthusiasm to succeed. You will be supported by great training, a superb work environment and great products.

As well as basic salary, we have KPI based incentives and bonuses based on performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our product & encourage them to place an order
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Respond to and update social media communications
- Enter and update customer information in the Microsoft Dynamics
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Telesales Representative
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software), telephone systems and social media
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Ability to start immediately
- Based in Fujairah

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telesales: 1 year (required)
