**Job Title**: Graphic Designer for Printing Press

**Location**: Al Qusais 1, Industrial Area 1, Dubai

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and prepare high-quality graphics for various print materials, including brochures, business cards, posters, banners, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Develop and execute CTP layout designs to ensure precise and efficient print production.
- Create detailed die-cutting designs and templates for specialized packaging and promotional products.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet printing standards and are optimized for production.
- Handle pre-press tasks, including color correction, layout adjustments, and file preparation.
- Work with printing equipment operators to ensure accurate reproduction of designs.
- Stay updated with design trends, software advancements, and new printing technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a printing press or related industry.
- Expertise in CTP layout design and die-cutting design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of print production processes and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print design projects, including CTP and die-cutting work.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with typography and layout design.
- Knowledge of digital design and basic web design principles is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
