Male Barber

The barber is responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services tailored to clients with Asian hair textures. This includes contemporary and traditional Asian styles (e.g., Korean two-block cut, Japanese textured crop, Chinese fade styles). The barber should possess excellent cutting, fading, and styling skills, along with strong communication to understand and deliver customer preferences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform specialized Asian haircuts (e.g., Korean two-block, Japanese layered cuts, Chinese fades).
- Style hair suited to various Asian hair textures (straight, thick, fine).
- Consult with clients to understand preferences, face shape, and desired look.
- Recommend hairstyles based on hair type and trending Asian styles.
- Shampoo, condition, and blow-dry hair before or after cutting.
- Provide scalp massages and basic hair care treatments.
- Shape and trim beards and mustaches to match the haircut (if required).
- Offer grooming services like hot towel shaves and eyebrow trimming.
- Sanitize all tools and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Follow health and safety regulations for barbering services.
- Create a friendly and respectful atmosphere for all clients.
- Build client loyalty through excellent service and communication.
- Stay updated on Asian grooming trends and fashion influences.
- Recommend appropriate hair care products for Asian hair types.
- Manage appointments and maintain punctual service delivery.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of barbering experience, with proven skill in Asian-style cuts.
- Familiarity with Asian grooming trends and hair textures.
- Ability to communicate effectively, especially with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic knowledge of hair products suited for Asian hair.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
