**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster long-term relationships by engaging with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Curate and deliver leisure travel experiences tailored to clients’ expectations and budgets.
- Support clients throughout their entire booking journey, from inquiry to trip completion.
- Handle multiple client inquiries and bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and DMCs to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

**Requirements**:
**Skills & Expertise**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Office 365, at least one GDS system, Hotel BedBanks, and DMC interactions.
- Comfort with CRM software, online booking platforms, and virtual client engagement tools.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-5 years in sales and operations at a travel agency or tour operator, specializing in customized international holidays (with knowledge of air travel and visa facilitation).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
