- Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing **Balance Sheet**, **Profit and Loss** statement, and other reports.
- Preparing special **financial reports** by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends and publishing them in time.
- **Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings**.
- Recommending **financial actions** by analyzing accounting options.
- Substantiating financial transactions by **auditing** documents.
- Maintaining financial security by following **internal controls**.
- Compute taxes and **prepare tax returns.**:
- Complying with **financial policies and regulations.**:
- Complying with federal, state, and local financial and **legal requirements**.
- Participate in **financial standards** setting and in **forecast process**.
- Guiding accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
- Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status.
- Maintaining customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Securing financial information by completing database backups.
- Any other task assigned by the department head.
- **Eligibility and Requirements**:_
- **Experience**:
- At least one year’s experience in **MS Dynamics NAV** or **MS Dynamics 365 Business Central**.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Experience with financial reporting requirements.
- **Skills**:
- Thorough knowledge of **accounting procedures, principals and regulations.**
- Proficient in **MS Office** suite. Advanced **MS Excel** skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Understanding of **Chart of Accounts**.
