Fitout Supervisor

Reporting to the Project Manager, the incumbent shall be heavily involved in handling day-to-day activities of the execution of fit-out works, finishing works as well as installations for all type of jobs weather is minor or major. In addition, he will handle site-coordination, liaisons with sub-contractors, clients and vendors on all related issues and as needed.
Accordingly, the job holder shall:
- Supervise the day-to-day sites activities and report the same to project manager / installation manager
- Frequently update the installation manager on project requirements in regard to staff, equipment as well as materials.
- Report daily the current status of installation works and its progress
- Update the installation manager on and changes that may occur in regard to materials / drawings etc.
- Coordinate with all other third parties such as sub-contractors / consultants
- Report to installation manager on any verbal / written new instructions as it arrives from consultants / sub-contractors.
- Adhere to health & safety and quality procedure in order to be in full compliance with regulations / standards and specifications
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Should possess bachelor degree in civil engineering, architect or interior design
- Should have at least 5 years of work experience in installation of joinery work.
- Should demonstrate experience in managing large multi-disciplinary teams
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess high level of competencies
- Possess excellent people management skills
- Highly organized
- Team leader along with strong proactive attitude
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- work experience in installation of joinery work.: 5 years (required)
