As **Revenue Manager** for Al Habtoor City Hotels, you will be at the forefront of optimizing revenue performance across our prestigious hotel collection. Reporting directly to the **Head of Revenue**, you will lead efforts to enhance profitability through data-driven decisions, advanced pricing strategies, and dynamic revenue management techniques. In this key role, you will combine your expertise in revenue management with a luxury hospitality mindset to drive results in a competitive market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revenue Optimization**: Leverage in-depth market analysis and data to implement effective revenue management strategies across room inventory, F&B services, and other hotel revenue streams.
- **Pricing Strategy & Yield Management**: Develop sophisticated pricing models and forecasting methodologies that align with the luxury market segment, ensuring maximum revenue while maintaining brand integrity.
- **Forecasting & Reporting**: Produce detailed, accurate, and timely revenue forecasts, occupancy analysis, and competitive benchmarking reports for senior leadership review.
- **Channel Distribution**: Oversee and manage all distribution channels to ensure optimal positioning, maintaining a premium brand image while maximizing revenue potential from direct and indirect sources.
- **Collaboration & Strategy Alignment**: Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue and commercial strategies with overarching business goals, special events, and seasonal campaigns.
- **Luxury Market Expertise**: Utilize knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector to tailor strategies that meet the specific expectations of high-net-worth individuals, VIP guests, and exclusive events.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively analyze trends, identify new opportunities for revenue growth, and ensure the hotel remains competitive in the luxury hospitality market.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Revenue Management role, with at least 2 years in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- **Skills**:

- Expert knowledge of luxury market trends, guest expectations, and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using Revenue Management Systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments and with senior leadership.
- Ability to influence and implement pricing and distribution strategies that align with both short
- and long-term business goals.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
