**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building material industry across the UAE.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing our products and services.
- Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Stay informed about industry developments and monitor competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a Salesman in the building material trading industry, with a strong portfolio of successful sales achievements.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Possession of a valid UAE driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
