- Liaise with government entities for visa processing, license renewal, and other necessary approvals
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Act as a point of contact for government agencies and other organizations
- Keep abreast of changes in government regulations and policies that may impact the company's operations
- Prepare and submit required documents to government agencies in a timely manner
- Represent the company in meetings and other events with government officials and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with government agencies and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage Format Bills and Naqodi
- Manage Insurance Authority / Central Bank Portals
- Manage Tawteen Portal
- Assist in hiring of UAE Nationals
- Assist Line Manager in building Emiratisation Strategy
- Create reports as required by the Line Manager and Management
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management and Line Manager

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- UAE National with Family book
- At least 3 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE government regulations and procedures
- Experience in dealing with government agencies and other stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Fluency in English and Arabic
