Modern Space Building Contracting is hiring an Architect with **Dubai Municipality License** **(MANDATORY) ** and experience in **Villa extensions.**

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of architectural designs, concepts, and plans.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform the design process, including site analysis, environmental considerations, and user needs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Dubai Municipality standards.
- Experience in planning, designing and overseeing villa extensions constructions in notable communities such as Emirates Living, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Palm Jumeirah etc.
- Conduct structural analysis, assess design feasibility, and optimize structural systems for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Review and interpret project specifications, codes, standards, and other requirements to ensure compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for communication with Dubai Municipality officials and other regulatory bodies.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings, including design boards, 3D models, and digital presentations.
- Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Attend client meetings with sales and design team when required and provide advice.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering and design team as needed in delivering your duties.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Develop and update construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Support the implementation of design changes or revisions as required.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Corona, V-Ray or other 3D modeling and visualization tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction techniques.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling productive teamwork and the ability to present design ideas convincingly.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in architectural design and project management.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
