We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects.

**Position: Civil Foreman Location: Ajman**

**Employment Type: Full-time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labour hours.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Sound knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using construction-related software and tools.
