**THE ROLE**

We're looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join our MEAmarketing function and help drive brand awareness and lead generationcampaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, ambitious, and collaborativeteam and grow your career in Marketing Reporting to the Head of Marketing forMEA, you will help plan and execute strategic marketing efforts to generatepipeline opportunities, utilizing the full marketing mix, with a particularfocus on the Middle East (ME).

**OPPORTUNITES**
- You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and Sales to evaluate potential opportunities for marketing campaigns and grow your confidence in proposing strategic initiatives.
- You will complete administrative tasks relating to our presence at Temenos hosted and industry events, organizing basic logistics (branding/exhibition stand design & builds), collation of relevant marketing content (brochures, giveaways or videos), lead gathering, liaising with internal stakeholders/speakers and providing on-the ground support/execution.
- You will help co-ordinate and attend regional client signing ceremonies and Win or Go-live press releases with our internal PR Team and Social Media Team for maximum exposure.
- You will work with our in-house Design and copywriting teams to oversee the campaign content creation process and ensure we're delivering high quality content and assets in English and Arabic.
- You will liaise with regional Partners and support joint partner marketing activities.
- You will manage the procurement of marketing branding and giveaways.
- You will track marketing giveaway stock, vendor quotes, purchase orders and invoices for MEA with support from marketing operations and procurement.
- You will work closely with the Data Teams to open marketing campaigns and uploading of leads/campaign data into CRM.
- You will grow into implementing and evaluating the success of online and offline lead generation marketing campaigns across a range of product lines including Core Banking Technology, Payments, SaaS, Islamic and Digital Banking to support Sales in existing and new business.

**SKILLS**
- You should have proven administrative or project management experience within marketing.
- You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic. French would be very beneficial
Previous experience with event logistics is highly desirable.
- You should have basic budget tracking and stock reporting skills.
- You should have basic experience working with marketing automation tools.
- You should have an interest in learning about the wider business, products and marketing's impact.
- You should have experience multi-tasking and liaising professionally with stakeholders internally and externally e.g. vendors, partners and agencies.
- You should be willing to travel extensively.
- You should be energetic and eager to learn and grow
