**JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB PURPOSE**

Develop our real estate wealth management division. The role requires execution of wealth management strategies, while actively pursuing growth opportunities through partnerships with financial institutions and initiatives curated for private investors and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Wealth Management Strategy Development and Execution.
- Develop and execute wealth management strategies that align with the overall objectives of the sales department, ensuring they are designed to meet wealth clientele needs.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors interested in real estate investments, both locally and internationally, across Aldar's portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored real estate wealth management solutions and investment guidance to clients.
- Team Support and Collaboration.
- Support team members in delivering personalized real estate wealth management solutions and activations locally and worldwide.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall client satisfaction and business growth.
- Market Expansion and New Business Opportunities -Identify new segments and emerging financial markets to uncover potential business opportunities.
- High-Net-Worth Client Business Development-Develop business opportunities, including but not limited to joint ventures (JV), build-to-suit (BTS), and land sales, catering to high-net-worth individuals in addition to Managing client relationships to ensure the successful completion of transactions.
- Marketing and Client Acquisition.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and initiatives within the real estate wealth management space to attract new clients and drive business growth.
- Customized Presentation and content: Support in creating customized presentation materials tailored to the needs of wealth clients, in addition to dedicated customer journey and processes to support B to B activations (Wealth Brokers etc ).

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

**RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**:
A minimum of 10+ years related experience in wealth management function in a real estate / development firm.

**YEARS IN A MANAGERIAL POSITION**:
At least 3 years in a management / leading role.

**FIELD OF EXPERIENCE**:
Banking, investment consultancy in a real estate / development firm.

**TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS**:

- Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with various internal divisions.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in real estate investment.
- Demonstrated business development and revenue growth achievements in real estate wealth management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of UAE Real estate market.
- Knowledge of competitors products and USPs.

**QUALIFICATION(S)**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics or Finance.
