**Requirements**:
**QA/QC Manager Experience**: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - 7-10+ years experience in Main Contracting Quality Assurance and Control - at least 2 in a recognised UAE Main Contractor - Proven track record of managing teams of engineers and inspectors in QA QC processes - Strong knowledge of construction quality control processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications - Experience working with inspection agencies and regulatory bodies - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Certifications in quality control, such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or Six Sigma Black Belt, are beneficial
