- **Menu Creation & Development**: Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning and seasonal offerings.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all baked goods are consistently produced with the highest quality and in line with customer expectations.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing waste.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Operate and maintain bakery equipment in accordance with safety standards. Ensure cleanliness of all equipment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside other chefs, bakers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- **Customer Service**: Occasionally interact with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Health & Safety**: Follow all food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and health codes.
- **Training & Mentoring**: Assist in training junior bakers and kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance their skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
