_**We are seeking a Jordanian Trading Sales Manager with UAE experience in the seafood category to oversee all aspects of our sales operations.**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Lead and motivate the trading sales team to achieve performance goals and foster a high-performance culture._
- _Define clear sales objectives and KPIs, and continuously monitor team progress to ensure targets are met._
- _Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue, increase market share, and drive growth._
- _Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through thorough market trend analysis and competitor research._
- _Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the seafood industry._
- _Pursue new business opportunities and expand market presence through strategic networking and market penetration._
- _Manage daily sales operations, including pipeline management, CRM utilization, and performance tracking._
- _Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, performance dashboards, and actionable insights to senior management._
- _Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions._
- _Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and market demands._
- _Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering professional development and career growth._
- _Ensure seamless coordination with other departments to enhance overall client satisfaction and operational efficiency._
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- _Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)._
- _5+ years of experience in UAE seafood trading operations with a track record of achieving sales targets._
- _Strong team management and motivational skills._
- _Data analysis and strategy development abilities._
- _Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills._
- _Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis._
