Property Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor the condition of all managed units in RAK through regular site visits and inspections
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, managing inquiries, service requests, complaints, and coordination of resolutions
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
- Oversee move-in/move-out procedures, unit readiness, and handover/snagging processes
- Maintain proper documentation including contracts, condition reports, service records, and tenant files
- Support new lease and renewals and ensure compliance with tenancy laws and company policies
- Work closely with the accounts team on rent follow-ups, payments, and reporting of delinquencies
- Track and report on property performance, maintenance status, tenant issues, and operational metrics
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on property condition, issues, and progress

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or supervision in the UAE; experience in Ras Al Khaimah is preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE tenancy regulations and leasing procedures
- Strong skills in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple properties efficiently
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Valid UAE driving license with flexibility to travel across Ras Al Khaimah
