**Designation - Mortgage Consultant / Sr. Mortgage Consultant**

**Location - Dubai**
**Salary - Upto 5000 AED (Fixed salary plus Commission)**

**Job responsibilities includes**:
1. Maintaining relationship with builders, Sub-Brokers & Real Estate Agencies

2. Focusing on Developer relationship and corporate tie-ups

3. Promoting Urban Money brand in UAE Market

4.Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.

5. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales.

6.Analysing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors
- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
