**Overview**:
As a **Carpentry/Joinery General Manager **for our factory, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of carpentry/joinery operations in the factory. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the production of high-quality carpentry products.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize carpentry production processes, improve efficiency, and meet production targets.

**Operations Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the carpentry department, including scheduling, production planning, inventory management, and quality control.

**Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of carpenters, supervisors, and support staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

**Quality Assurance**: Establish and maintain quality standards for carpentry/Joinery products, ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

**Resource Allocation**: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

**Cost Management**: Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance productivity, quality, and profitability.

**Customer Relations**: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

**Training and Development**: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of carpentry staff, keeping them updated on the latest techniques, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in carpentry,engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- **Proven experience of a minimum of 10 years in joinery production/carpentry** operations management or a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and materials.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and safety standards.
- Proficiency in computer software for production planning and management.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
